What AI credits buy

Credits are measured from the actual AI work done. A quick question to Operator costs about a credit; a multi-step task such as building a form and adding a week of time slots costs a few. Each plan's allowance covers hundreds to thousands of requests a month.

Starter: 500 credits, roughly 167 typical Operator requests a month
Pro: 2,500 credits, roughly 833 typical Operator requests a month
Enterprise: 10,000 credits, roughly 3,333 typical Operator requests a month

How AI credits work

Pricing questions

What are AI credits?

Operator and AI form import use AI credits. A typical Operator request uses 1 to 5 credits and an AI import uses 2 to 10. Credits reset on the first of each month.

What happens if we run out of AI credits?

Operator and AI import pause until the next month or until you upgrade. Everything else, including Forminator and Gravity Forms imports, keeps working.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with your card charged when it ends. Cancel any time before then.

Can we pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing is 25% off twelve months of monthly billing.

Do all plans include unlimited forms and stages?

Yes. Forms, sign-up sheets, stages, and automation rules are unlimited on every plan.
