Automate forms with stage rules

Send forms when teams enter a stage and move teams when forms are complete.

Each form has two optional rules under Automation in its editor.

• Send automatically when a team moves to a stage. Only while the form is open.
• When complete, move the team to a stage. Complete means one answer for team forms, or every member or every minor's guardian has answered.

Rules chain together. For example, Finalist sends the pitch sign-up, a booked slot moves the team to Pitch scheduled, and Pitch scheduled sends the in-person RSVP.
