Collect parent and guardian consent

Send consent forms to the guardians of minors.

1. Create a form from the Parent or guardian consent template.
2. Describe the event in the text block and adjust the questions.
3. Save the form with Parents and guardians of minors as the audience, and open it.
4. Send it to a stage, or set it to send automatically.

Guardians receive a personal link, sign with their typed name, and need no account. The form page shows any minors without a guardian email on file.
